Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1-1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 anchovy filet, minced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Combine all the ingredients (except the feta) in a large bowl. Stir well and then fold in the feta. Refrigerate until needed.
