Q: Do I need to activate my phone right away?
A: Your phone must be activated within 60 days from the order date in order to redeem the promotional minutes. The phone can be activated at any time outside of the 60 days, but the promotional minutes cannot be redeemed after 60 days from the QVC order date.

Q: Are there minutes included with this phone?
A: Yes – the promotional Airtime PIN is a 400 minute + 365 days PIN. When added to the S766C – your device will receive 1200 talk minutes/1200 texts/ 1200 MB of data + 365 service days.

Q: How do I redeem my promotional minutes?
A: Follow the steps on the Welcome Guide enclosed with your shipping package. If the item includes promotional Airtime PIN, call 1-888-238-0828 to retrieve your Airtime PIN number. Once you have your Airtime PIN number, activate through TracFone (1-800-867-7183 or online www.tracfone.com).

Q: I transferred my existing Tracfone number and balance to my new Android, how do I add my promotional Airtime PIN?
A: To add your promotional Airtime PIN, visit www.tracfone.com and select ADD AIRTIME then ADD CARD ONLINE. Enter your Airtime PIN and your Tracfone Telephone Number in the appropriate fields. You will not add a Promo Code (leave that field blank). Press Submit. Another option, download the Tracfone My Account App to your Android device and select ADD CARD. Enter the Airtime PIN Number and select OK.

Q: I only received 400 minutes instead of the 1200 minutes for the promotion. How do I receive all the promotional minutes? *(Promotion minute amounts may vary)
A: You probably received all the promotional minutes. Check your Tracfone balance to confirm. Promotional airtime is added using Tracfone Airtime PINs. If the promotional airtime is 1200 minutes, a 400 minute PIN is used. Tracfone identifies the PIN as a 400 minute PIN. When the 400 minute PIN is added to a triple minute Android phone – adds 1200 talk/ 1200 text and 1200 MB of data. If after checking your balance, there is a discrepancy, please contact The Wireless Center for correction.

Q: How do I receive Triple Minutes?
A: Triple minute benefit is already programmed into your phone. For every minute you purchase, you will receive 2 minutes at no additional charge. Bonus or promotional minutes do not qualify for tripling. Existing minute balances do not triple. Triple minute benefit is automatic and the confirmation message you receive on your phone will reflect the triple minutes. Data only cards do not triple or add service days. Double minute cards will not work on triple minute devices. Cancellation/deactivation of your Tracfone service may result in the loss of the triple minute benefit. Triple minute benefit is for the life of your phone and is non-transferable.

Q: If the phone is returned before using all the time purchased, will there be a refund on unused time?
A: Unused airtime and funds paid toward airtime are non-refundable.

TRACFONE ACTIVATION INFORMATION

Q: How do you activate the phone?
A: You need an Airtime PIN to activate your Android device. Make sure to obtain your promotional PIN from The Wireless Center before you contact Tracfone to activate your device. Once you have retrieved your airtime PIN, activate the phone with Tracfone Customer service at www.tracfone.com or by calling 1-800-867-7183.

Q: Are there activation fees?
A: No.

Q: Can I move my existing cell phone number to the new phone?
A: Yes- your existing phone number can be transferred. Porting or transferring your existing number to Tracfone may take several days to complete. You may be without service during this time. Some restrictions may apply.

Q: How do my existing minute TracFone balance transfer to my TracFone Android?
A: Traditional Tracfone balances will transfer to aTracfone Android as talk/text and data + service days. If you have 200 minute balance + 100 service days on an existing Traditional Tracfone and you transfer your traditional Tracfone number to your Tracfone Android – you will receive 200 talk/ 200 text/ 200 MB of data + 100 service days. If you have a current Tracfone Android and transfer to your new Tracfone Android – your balances will transfer as is. Talk/text/data balances do NOT transfer from a Tracfone Android to a non-Android or Traditional Tracfone. Only service days will transfer.

Q: Can I activate a new number and then port my current wireless number to my Tracfone Android at a later date?
A: Yes, but please note when you are porting your current number after you activate a brand new number on your Android device, Tracfone will require you to purchase a new Airtime PIN to complete the port as the promotional Airtime PIN number was already used for the brand new number activation. You may purchase the least expensive Pin available to complete the transaction. Once your port is complete, Tracfone should transfer your remaining promotional balances to your ported number. If there are any difficulties, please contact The Wireless Center for assistance.

Q: If I move my phone number from a different carrier, will the unexpired minutes transfer?
A: No, minutes from other carriers will not transfer to Tracfone.

Q: If I transfer my number from a different Tracfone phone, will the unexpired minutes transfer?
A: Transferring minutes is at Tracfone's sole discretion; however, most balances are transferred. Some restrictions may apply. Please note that you are not able to transfer minute/text/data balances from an Android device to a Non-Android device. Only service days will transfer.

Q: Can I transfer my land line phone number to this phone?
A: Landline number can be transferred. Porting or transferring your existing number to Tracfone may take several days to complete. Landline transfer may take extra time to complete. You may be without service during this time. Some restrictions may apply.

TRACFONE SERVICE INFORMATION

Q: How do I check my Airtime Balance?
A: You may check your balance at www.tracfone.com. Also, Tracfone has launched their Account Balance App available for the Android device through the Google Play store.

Q: How do these minutes work?
A: Android Tracfones have three (3) separate balances – Talk/Text/Data. For every minute you talk on the phone (sent and received calls) – 1 minute will be deducted from your Talk balance. For every text message you send or receive – 1 text will be deducted from your text balance. For every MB that is sent and received – 1 MB will be deducted from your Data balance.

Q: Who is the carrier or network you have to use with this phone?
A: The wireless carrier is Tracfone. This phone is used on the Verizon CDMA network.

Q: Can you use the phones other features with Wi-Fi without activating the service?
A: Certain Apps may functions on Wi-Fi, not all. Talking and texting will not work solely on Wi-Fi – wireless service must be activated through Tracfone.

Q: Are minutes charged if I texted where there is Wi-Fi?
A: Minutes will deduct for calling and texting when connected to Wi-Fi. When connected to Wi-Fi – only data/web browsing will not deduct from the airtime balance.

A: Yes- your service end date determines when the minutes will expire. In order to carry over any unused minutes, simply purchase more minutes/service days through Tracfone. Your unused minutes will carry over to your new service end date.

Q: How do I refill my Tracfone service to continue using my Tracfone?
A: When you are low on balances or if you are nearing your service end date, you will need to refill or replenish your service through Tracfone. Q: Can I buy the phone cards for this phone at Walmart, CVS, etc?

Q: How much do additional minutes cost or what is the cost per minute?
A: Cost per minute will vary depending on the value of the Airtime Card you purchase. Airtime cards range from 30 minutes + 30 days for $9.99 to 1500 minutes + 365 days for $199.99. The largest selection is available through Tracfone's website at www.tracfone.com. If you have double or triple minutes – the minute face value will triple or double which adds to the value. When you add an Airtime card to your Android device – you will receive the airtime in all (3) balances – talk/text/data.

Q: Are their termination fees or penalties if I stop using the phone?
A: No.

Q: Is termination required?
A: No, you do not need to deactivate your device if you return the item. If your phone is lost or stolen, please contact Tracfone to report the issue. They can suspend the service and prevent your minutes from being used. When you replace the phone, contact Tracfone and they can transfer your Tracfone wireless number along with any remaining balances to your replacement device.

TRACFONE INTERNATIONAL CALLING

Q: Can you make calls to Canada or Mexico?
A: Yes – you may call both Canada and Mexico (landline and cellular phones) with no international long distance fees. You will only be deducted for airtime minutes. Tracfone offers over 100 international destinations for their international long distance. Q: How do I dial internationally from a Tracfone?
A: Call 1-800-706-3839 (in Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands, please dial 305-938-5673. Select your language. Listen to the dialing instructions (instructions can be interrupted at any time and you can skip to step 3). Dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number. Q: Can you use the phone in Canada to call the US?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the battery life?
A: Battery life is listed as 12 hours talk time or 11.5 days stand-by time. Please note that battery life varies depending on individual usage.

BONUS MINUTE TRADE-IN PROGRAM

Q: How does the program work?
A: Complete the Bonus Trade In Form and send it in with a Tracfone phone (include phone, battery and back cover). Phone must be in working condition (does not need to be activated). Mail the trade-in device and the completed form to the address on the form. Once trade in in received by The Wireless Center – please allow 8-12 weeks to receive the bonus minutes. Please review all instructions, terms and conditions located on the trade-in form.

Q: Does the phone have to be a working phone?
A: Yes. The phone does not need to be active, but must be able to turn on and in working condition. Trade-In devices include phone, battery and back cover. No other accessories are required.

Q: Can I take out the SIM card and/or factory reset the phone?
A: Yes. SIM cards, microSD cards are not required for trade-in. You may also choose to reset the phone to factory settings (see your phone menu for the option, if available on your device as devices vary). You may delete all information such as contacts, photos, texts, any other personal data manually.

Q: Can I trade in more than one phone?
A: One trade-in/bonus minutes allowed for each NEW phone purchased on item #E227088. For example, if you purchased quantity (2) of item #E227088 – you may send in (2) different Tracfone Trade-In devices for (2) separate bonus minutes. If you mail (4) different Tracfone trade-in devices – you will only receive (2) separate bonus minutes (one for each of the new devices purchased for item #E227088). Additional trade-in devices that are received are not returned for any reason. Bonus minutes are not provided on orders/devices that are returned for refund, trade-ins that are not delivered to The Wireless Center address on Trade-In form or on deactivated Tracfone wireless numbers.

Q: Who pays for the shipping to send the phone in?
A: The customer pays for shipping the trade-in device to The Wireless Center. We recommend using a traceable way to ship the Trade-In phones so customer has proof of delivery. Trade-in devices are not returned to customer for any reason and becomes the property of The Wireless Center.

Q: Is there an expiration date?
A: Trade-ins must be received by The Wireless Center no later than 5/31/2015.
