How will my order ship?

QVC uses various carriers to ensure your package arrives by the estimated delivery date. Most orders are sent Standard Delivery. For faster delivery of most items, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to Express Delivery or Premium Delivery.

The shipping & handling fee includes, among other things, labor costs to receive, select, and package the item for shipment; the costs of packaging & other supplies; internal (overhead) costs to process the order; and fees paid to carriers who ship the item and deliver it to you, so the shipping & handling fee may exceed the actual fee paid by QVC to its carriers to send the item to you. Sales tax may be assessed on the shipping & handling fee in certain states, where applicable.

To upgrade your shipping, make your selection on the Shipping Method page during checkout. Upgraded shipping options will not be available when using Speed Buy® checkout.

QVC also uses carriers that will offer in-home or doorway delivery. Large items such as fitness equipment, mattresses, and furniture will require a delivery appointment with a carrier.


What's included in the shipping & handling fee?

The following costs, among other things, are included in the shipping & handling fee, so the shipping & handling fee may exceed the actual fee paid by QVC to its carriers to send the item to you:

  • Labor costs to receive, select, and package the item for shipment;
  • Costs of packaging and other supplies;
  • Internal (overhead) costs to process the order; and
  • Fees paid to carriers who ship the item and deliver the item to you.

Depending on which state you live in, a sales tax may be assessed on the shipping & handling fee.


When will my order arrive?

You'll receive an estimated delivery date as part of your checkout information before you submit your order. The information below should be used as a guide. The most accurate information will always be the estimated delivery date and tracking number for your order. Note: Business days are considered Monday–Friday, with the exception of federal holidays recognized by our carriers.

  • Standard Delivery: Allow 7‒10 business days from your order date for delivery.
  • Express Delivery: Order before Noon ET on a business day and the package may deliver within 2 business days. Orders placed after Noon ET may take additional days to deliver.
  • Premium Delivery: Order before Noon ET on a business day and the package may deliver on the next business day. Orders placed after Noon ET may take additional days to deliver.
  • Perishable Food: (Example: some foods/plants/flowers) Order Monday or Tuesday, and the package will ship on Wednesday and be delivered on Friday. Order Wednesday‒Sunday, and the package will ship on Tuesday and be delivered on Thursday.
  • Offshore Non-Priority: Used for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam. Please allow 7‒10 business days from your order date for delivery.
  • Offshore Priority: Used for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam. Please allow 4 business days from your order date for delivery.
  • In-Home Delivery: After placing your order, you'll be contacted by phone to set up an in-home delivery appointment. The delivery appointment will be based on your availability and the carrier's availability. When delivered, your product will be placed in the room of your choice. We'll also remove packaging. Visit QVC.com to determine if assembly, setup, or removal of debris is included.
  • Doorway Delivery: After placing your order, you'll be contacted by phone to set up a doorway delivery appointment. The delivery appointment will be based on your availability and the carrier's availability. When delivered, your product will be placed at the doorway or first entry of your home. In a building with a shared entrance, the carrier will not deliver the product to the individual unit. Assembly is not included with delivery.

Can I have my order sent to another address?

Yes, in most cases you can have your order sent directly to an address that's different than the permanent ship-to address we have on file for you.

  • When ordering online or by phone, you'll be prompted to either Use Current Address, Select from Address Book, or Create New Address during the checkout process. If you select Create New Address, you can save it to your Address Book for future use.
  • When using Automated Ordering, you can only have your order sent to your billing or permanent ship-to address.
  • Once your order ships, the ship-to address for the order cannot be changed. QVC does not offer rerouting service to a different address for orders in progress.

What are my domestic & international shipping options?

QVC ships to all 50 states, as well as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations. Hazardous items such as perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning products, etc. can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states.

Please note that standard shipping & handling is only available within the contiguous 48 states. QVC customers outside the aforementioned area can view their available shipping options when checking out or by calling Customer Service for information regarding shipping & handling options.


Can I ship my order to a P.O. box or military APO/FPO address?

Most items can be shipped to a P.O. box or military APO/FPO address. Some restrictions may apply.


Can I ship my order internationally?

At this time, QVC does not offer international shipments. We're always considering and evaluating our options to ensure the best possible shopping experience.

QVC Delivery Services

What are QVC Delivery Services?

QVC Delivery Services include orders that ship & arrive to you with either in-home or doorway delivery. These purchases are usually too large or fragile to deliver using Standard Delivery, and may include mattresses, furniture, and fitness equipment.


How do I schedule my delivery?

In approximately 7–10 business days after you place your order, the shipping carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window. The delivery date will be based on your and carrier availability during normal business hours, and you must be at home. There will be no special accommodations for requested delivery on specific days or times. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, please contact the carrier to do so.


What should I expect when an item has in-home or doorway delivery?

If you purchase an item with QVC Delivery Services, you should expect the following:

  • Delivery is by appointment only. A phone number is required to schedule delivery.
  • Delivery appointments are normally scheduled Monday–Friday with a 4-hour delivery window.
  • The delivery date will be based on customer and carrier availability during normal business hours and the customer must be at home. There will be no special accommodations for requested delivery on specific days or times.
  • In-Home Delivery: Your purchase will be placed in the room of your choice and packaging will be removed. Visit QVC.com to determine if additional services are available on the product you're purchasing.
  • Doorway Delivery: Your product will be placed at the doorway or first entry of your home. In a building with a shared entrance, the carrier will not deliver the product to the individual unit.

Doorway Delivery vs. In-Home Delivery

Terms:

  • Delivery Scheduling: QVC will collect a phone number at the time of order because both ship methods require the customer to schedule a delivery appointment with the carrier based on the carrier and customer availability.
  • Signature for Delivery: All items shipped via oversize delivery methods require the customer to sign for delivery of the item during the scheduled delivery appointment.
  • Deliver to Room of Choice: The carrier will deliver the item (not to exceed one flight of stairs depending on the carrier) to the room of choice within your home.
  • Package Removal: The carrier will remove and dispose of all packaging materials.
  • *Haul Away: In some instances, the carrier will remove the old bedding from your home. This is left to the discretion of the carrier at the time of delivery and in accordance with state laws. The carrier has the right to refuse any old bedding deemed unsanitary.
  • **Assembly: The carrier will perform light assembly on specific items. Please refer to the product detail page to determine if assembly is included with the item you're purchasing.

How do I return an item with in-home or doorway delivery?

To return your item, make sure it's in a box/packaging and contact QVC. QVC does not provide boxes or packaging for returns.


Will you remove my old bedding?

In some instances, the carrier will remove the old bedding from your home. This is left to the discretion of the carrier at the time of delivery and in accordance with state laws. The carrier has the right to refuse any old bedding deemed unsanitary.
