Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Primer is a soft, colorless wax pencil that holds hair in place and creates the ideal base for a seamless Brow Powder Duo application (not included).

How do I use it: Apply one swipe of Brow Primer across the entire brow, extending from the front to the tail end. Comb the product through the brow to evenly coat the hairs. One swipe of Brow Primer is enough to evenly distribute the product.
